Quality Inn & Suites Bay Front

The front desk people were exemplary professionals & helped out over above our stay, especially when we had to check out earlier than booked, due emergency back home. As seniors the only problem we came across is parking overnight at the back of hotel, away from frt door entrance with handicap family member. But truly most accommodating staff.

I liked the staff and their friendliness. The room was great and my kids especially liked the pool. We will be staying there again I think.

Overall the property was great. The biggest issue was that the bed was uncomfortable. Rolling over in the bed, the springs could be felt in the mattress. The property isn’t recently remodeled and the price was very fair for the 4 day stay we had considering that. The breakfast was the same everyday but the attendants were friendly and helpful. All of the hotel staff was friendly and attentive. The pool was nice but would recommend life jackets for little kids because the deeper side of the pool is not safe for kids.

We enjoyed our stay of a large group that used several rooms. The kids enjoyed the pool very much. Rooms were clean and beds/mattresses were very nice.

I was extremely disappointed with our stay. Especially since we paid almost 300$ and this hotel was rated 4.3 stars. The hotel was dark and dreary and the elevator had an awful smell. The room was dingy and there was old crackers on the floor. The water temperature in the bathroom sink and shower could be scalding hot - which was very dangerous as I have a small child. Staff were friendly enough and there is a restaurant inside. My chicken wrap was good and my husband's steak sandwich was awful. There was a breakfast included but they wouldn't let us take it up to the room to eat. I would not stay here again or recommend it.

We had the family suite, great size.
