Quality Inn & Suites Bay Front

No hot water, located at skid row, don’t feel safe leaving vehicle out there, breakfast was disappointing, would not stay again

The room was dated and filthy. The carpet was lifting, stains on the couch and food foind under the couch when it was moved. Pool was closed. We had to stay here after a long day of travelling with kids. I would have left if there were other options.

We have four children and booked this because it “said” it had a pool and complementary breakfast. We were disappointed at check-in to be told that the pool is under maintenance and closed. It would have been nice to have a heads up about this! The room was fine and we slept ok. Breakfast was to be offered between 6-9:30. We arrived well before 9 and they were already out of waffle batter, coffee, and milk. Staff seemed annoyed when asked for things and rudely said they were out of those items with no help. If you’re going to offer breakfast until 9:30, maybe start closing it down then, not at 9:00. Not satisfied.

The front desk people were exemplary professionals & helped out over above our stay, especially when we had to check out earlier than booked, due emergency back home. As seniors the only problem we came across is parking overnight at the back of hotel, away from frt door entrance with handicap family member. But truly most accommodating staff.

The staff at this property are outstanding! So friendly and always looking to go above and beyond. We love the family suite - a great option for traveling with kids.

I liked the staff and their friendliness. The room was great and my kids especially liked the pool. We will be staying there again I think.

Overall the property was great. The biggest issue was that the bed was uncomfortable. Rolling over in the bed, the springs could be felt in the mattress. The property isn’t recently remodeled and the price was very fair for the 4 day stay we had considering that. The breakfast was the same everyday but the attendants were friendly and helpful. All of the hotel staff was friendly and attentive. The pool was nice but would recommend life jackets for little kids because the deeper side of the pool is not safe for kids.

We enjoyed our stay of a large group that used several rooms. The kids enjoyed the pool very much. Rooms were clean and beds/mattresses were very nice.
