Quality Inn & Suites Amsterdam

The hotel is nice, comfortable beds. I hardly slept though - a bunch of kids were running through the halls and shrieking till almost 11, and then the alarm clock in the room went off at 4.30 am. Not a pleasant experience.

Lot of noise by kids, couldn’t sleep earlier in the night

Firstly it was clean. The check in process was quick which was great because I had a hungry new born baby with me. The staff were friendly. The food in the morning was good but there wasn’t a lot of fruit options. Only a bowl of oranges that I noticed. The dining area was well maintained. The only complaints I have are that there isn’t much for noise barriers from the parking area to the second floor but not much can be done about that. And I was told I’d have a crib available to us for my 7 week old so we didn’t bring his bassinet. But it was actually a play pen/pack and play. Which is not suitable for a baby of his age. Had I known, we would have brought his bassinet.

Enjoyed our stay! Peacful space! Very clean. Only complaint is there is no highchairs for breakfast, which made it challenging to get both kids food with no safe space for baby to sit.

Nice service and staff. Clean rooms, very family and pets friendly.

The free hot breakfast was very good and had a lot of choices. Staff was friendly. The only issue was kids running and yelling in the room above us.

Very clean! Drive up room super convenient especially if you have kids. Breakfast was good and area kept clean. Staff friendly. Also, Grimross brewery is across the road. Would stay again.
