We have stayed at this hotel many times when we visit family and we are usually happy with our stay. This time it was awful. There were hockey teams staying on the same floor. To say that it was loud and rowdy is an understatement. From 8am to 12pm there was constant banging of doors, children running and screaming in the hallways and parents partying in the hallways. This went on from Thursday to Saturday when we left. The hotel has security guards but they did nothing about this behaviour. I politely asked the parents to tone it down and was ignored. The hotel staff was useless.

Could not get sleep due to other people keeping us awake all night. Hockey team of kids kept us awake all night.

Property is in a great location with some shops, restaurants, and pubs within walking distance. Farmer's Market was a nice treat. Good breakfast and 2 bars on-site were good. Hated my room and wasn't pleased with the lack of flexibility to switch rooms. When I arrived, I requested a newly renovated room...none available. I mistakenly chose a queen room but had 3 travellers and couldn't upgrade to a double queen (my fault). Than I was given room 119 which is right across from the pool which I wasn't happy about and they wouldn't move me because apparently they were completely booked. My child needed sleep and it was frustrating being across from the noisy pool since there were teams in the hotel

Good location but our room was very dated. Scratched and worn furniture. We paid what I consider top dollar for a junior suite. Missing a chair at the table and no nightstand or light on one side of the bed. There was a fridge and a coffee maker however.

It was good. But, loud. Anytime anyone walked or ran by- kids running, or doors slamming. Garbage wasn’t changed either.

Great location! But were given the wrong type of room when we check in. The when we finally got the 1 bedroom suite that I had reserved, the linens were dirty, there were no spare pillows for my daughter to sleep on the sofa bed, there was only a shower, no bath tub, so our kids couldn't have a bath and even though it was a suite, there was no kitchenette. The bathroom was tiny, you couldn't open the door and stand at the sink at the same time. The king bed and pillows were really nice though.
