Chateau Fredericton, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

We stayed a week for my husband ´s work but I had time to enjoy the hotel and Fredericton. All the staff is friendly and helpful, a special thank you to Mahrokh for her time, help and big smile! The breakfast is awesome, fresh, full and varied. The expresso is a plus! The junior suite was spacious, well isolated and the bed very comfortable. The little patio outside the swimming pool is great in summer to sunbathe. Just add plugs to be able to work from there. The only little inconvenience is that you need a car as it’s a bit far away from downtown.

A wonderful stay! This hotel was great. The rooms were huge; bathroom was very spacious too. There was a pull out couch for the kids. And the waterslide at the pool was a hit with the kids. I’d definitely go back again.

Second time in this hotel. This is our stop with the children before paving on Prince Edward's island. We had a room upstairs with animals. Our first room smelled like urine. We asked for another room. The hotel was full and they offered us a studio, always on the animal floor. There was a smell of a wet dog in the room. In the evening, we went to slip with the children to the pool. Great for children! But when the pool was closed, the staff member evacuated us in a very expeditious and poorly polite way. He even shouted at my child who was putting on his sandals to go put them outside. We submitted a complaint to the hotel manager. They offered us a free unit, but since we don't often have in this region, it will be difficult to use it.

This was the last Hotel my Family stayed in on a 9 day Maritime tour. And i can say it was THE best. Checkin was easy and the staff were friendly. The Hotel was very clean and the rooms(all with their own name) were clean and spacious(Double Queen rm) But the best part for us was the pool area. The pool was only about 4.4ft deep which was excellent for our kids(8,10) and the slide which ended in a floon instead of the pool was the favourite. Only downside was there was no hot-tub. Breakfast is included and it is buffet style but the hot food and speciality coffee is served by staff who are friendly and ready to help. 10/10 would only stay here if travelling through N.B. and staying in Fredricton.

We have stayed here several times and the service is impeccable every time. It’s always clean and the rooms are lovely. If we have the kids with us, it is a MUST for the pool :) highly recommended

As we were travelling with our children, the main appeal of this hotel was the pool with water slide. The pool and water slide were not attended to (no lifeguard or even a person to regulate the use of the slide) and it was like the Wild West. There were kids pushing and shoving, running, and not waiting for the slide to be clear before taking their turn. The pool water was cloudy and obviously (chemically) out of balance.
