Pool was great. Breakfast was good had enough for adults and kids. Staff was friendly. Their cleanliness awards seemed to be bogus awards. It was not clean and really banged up and dated rooms.

Great for families. The pool area was clean and had toys and life jackets for kids. Waterslide was a blast! Room was comfy enough. Breakfast was perfect, especially for littles. There's lots to choose from!

The pool area is hardly ventilated. Our eyes were burning and kids were coughing uncontrollably. This is the second time we’ve stayed here and it’s the same thing. Breakfast and room was great

The pool.was very nice and family friwndly.the only.dislike is that is was so much bleach and no ventilation or air exchange that is hard to bread on the area we all got.headaches from it

The staff were unfriendly and not accommodating to our group. We tried to book a hospitality room but we were told it was booked already. There were no occupants in the room the entire time. We were lied to. The house keeping crew left the door unlocked after cleaning - which they just took out the garbage and that was all. No fresh towels and didn’t make the bed either. Not to mention our belongings were in the unlocked room. Staff were rude to our children who went to use the stairs - by accessing through the pool area. The pool area was over chlorinated and burned our eyes and lungs. Many of us were feeling unwell. We booked this hotel for a positive experience with our group and were less than satisfied with the service. In our opinion - it’s not worth the trip to steinbach, especially with a group.

We stayed a night in Steinbach as the children wanted to swim and play on the water slides. Hotel was in great shape, built in 2000, looks newer than that. Loved the small touches the moment you walk in, bikes, books and games to borrow. Breakfast area looked very nice. Loved the ice water with lemons and free slurpees in the lobby. Front desk check-in person, breakfast person and cleaning staff were all very nice. Pet fee was reasonable ($10) and they had poop bags in the back. Room was in excellent shape. It was described as a kitchenette room that slept five, though it did not specify the square footage. There was a small Queen and a pull out couch so not sure where the fifth person was supposed to stay. I paid extra for this room so we and the rest of the family (in another room) had a place to sit and visit. It was a bit tight for what we paid and the description. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchenette was very modern and well equipped. You could cook meals there if you wish. Full sized fridge and freezer were nice too. TV was large, had many channels. Shower was a bit tight but that could be fixed with a curved shower rod. Liked the large recycling and garbage receptacles. Had 7 people in the room eating pizza and drinking beer and pop so both were full by the end of the night. Love the Dove bath products. Pool area was well kept. Liked the toy box with balls, noodles, paddle boards, etc… for people to use. Breakfast was tasty, lots of warm options. Would stay here again

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Dairy Queen was walking distance. The kids loved the hotel because they had the water slide, free slushies, a toy from the treasure chest when we checked out. We stayed in the underwater themed room, which was a blast for the kids!

I enjoyed the amenities and the kitchenette. It is beside a busy highway so there is some noise there and access anywhere requires a vehicle. The pool was excellent, towel service was a bit confusing for that. Breakfast was a treat and appreciated. The only negative would be arrival at 3:30pm did not grant us access to the room as it was still being cleaned. Otherwise a great place for a stay with the kids. I will be back

We loved the family room (208). It was beautiful and a nice surprise at the end of a long day. I wish we could have stayed longer. Staff were very friendly.
