Best Western Plus Winkler

Excellent free breakfast and space available to eat. Feels more like a Lounge area, very comfy and the grandkids loved the make your waffles with options for toppings. Are them feel like i h o p they said. Rooms are very clean, tv good size. Didn’t like the parking to far from door we are seniors that have walking problem but don’t have a handi cap pass. 2time here and would return.

The breakfast was fantastic with options for everyone my favourite was the latte machine. The pool was nice my only complaint is that there where all ages in the pool and full size men would speed down and splash the full radius of the pool upon there exit of the waterslide. This is in no way the hotels fault which is why I rated the hotel with a 10/10 but certainly no common scents on those individuals part it was quite dangerous. In my case thankfully no one was hurt. Parking was great a what a beautiful gift for a round of free mini golf at the entertainment Center next door my kids loved it and we stayed and did other activities too. The lobby was dreamy and loved sitting by the fire place with my coffee as I caught up on my work. Room was perfect loved having the larger room with pull out couch for lounging area. Thankfully I was able to arrange a late check out as our hockey wasn’t until later in the afternoon and allowed the kids time to relax before there game. All together it was a great stay. Thank you.

Great place to stay. Great breakfast with helpful staff. Nice patio area with a play structure nearby for the kids. Kids loved the waterslide at the pool. However, you'll have to bring your own floaties. There's a pub and restaurant next door which allows kids as it has a bowling alley, arcade, large play structure and mini golf. There are other nearby restaurants and a carwash. Also, there is a Walmart in close driving distance incase you need anything. Would stay at this Best Western again.

The hotel is beautiful. We stayed when there was a snow storm. At 5:30 am snow clearing started. The building is not sound proof at all. The pool are is nice but it was over run with families from the community (not hotel guests) coming and going.

Friendly staff and very comfortable place to stay for our big family.

The staff and management were fantastic. They were helpful, polite, generous. We had several kids and 2 dogs. While our kids are generally well-behaved they can still have the odd spill or mess at breakfast or eating in the common area. The staff never grumbled or complained and helped us clean up. They made allowances for some special requests we had without much question and they were always available. The pool was not particularly large but adequate for 5 kids to play in with parents and the water slide was fast and fun for all, including adults! Breakfast was enjoyable and had enough options to last us the week. The breakfast staff helped us find gluten friendly options for our daughter. We had a great stay for the week!

The pool was very cold & my family didn’t enjoy swimming in it, as this was suppose to be a swimming weekend for a birthday.

Stayed here for one night family stay. Great service. The room was very clean. Pool was nice for the kids to enjoy. Breakfast was continental and very good.
