Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Winkler

Great stay, our only issue when we checked in was the fact we had booked 1 suite for 3 adults and 2 children (mum, dad 2 teenage daughter and a neice) when we arrived we got shwn to 1 room which only had a king bed and a sofa bed, i went down to speak to reception as 3 teenagers would not be able to comfortably fit in the bed together, then we gotnoffered another room (queen suite which we preferred) but got told its the main bed a sofa bed then the 5 th person is expected to sleep on the floor!!! The sofa bed was not comfortable at all, luckily we had another room booked we could send the teeneagers to! Also there was not a great deal of light in the room. BUT the hotel its self and staff are all amazing and will definitely be back and would recommend! :D

We were staying with 2 young kids and we really enjoyed staying at this Motel. The room was big and clean. The pool and hot tub are open till midnight and we were alone after 10:30 PM so kids really had fun there. Breakfast was excellent, we really liked their Waffle machine. Bruce at front desk was very helpful and quick to respond during our stay.

Good place to stay with the kids. Nice pool with a really fun slide. Kids loved it. Also had a really good breakfast spread.

Went there for my sons birthday party, my kids had a blast going down the slide and in the pool. Was a great stay!

The floors were showing some wear and stain, but overall our family stay was excellent.

Clean hotel with a good pool and water slid for the family. Rooms were clean and the breakfast had lots of options.

Afternoon staff was very rude. There was also no remedy for a multi-family group who were foolishly housed with several rooms between them. The adults and children ran between rooms without concern for anyone else until nearly 11pm. Nothing was done before that despite several different requests from multiple guests. Whatever got done, seems to have happened at shift change, because it stopped about then. Overnight clerk was truly sweet and working hard on preparing breakfast while assisting with a huge amount of laundry. I'll never stay at this facility and I'll avoid all Days Inn options in the future.

It was a lovely hotel in every way except one.. it would be really nice if the pool area was restricted to 'adults only' after 10 PM like some other hotels. If you've had an exhausting day you want to relax in the hot tub or pool without the squeals of noisy kids deafening you!!! That was our only complaint!!!

Our family was in Winkler for a reunion. The Days Inn staff accomodated our needs well.

This is a nice property. The pool looked very busy. Only complaint is that the rooms are not real sound proof. Someone close by our room had a baby who cried lots thru the night and it was like the baby was in our room. You could hear people chatting as they walked down the hall for a distance. Other wise its a very nice place.
