The hallways had garbage on them all weekend. No attempt was made to clean them. The shower curtain had hair stuck to it and the toilet didn’t flush properly. The lamp beside the bed flickered like a strobe light. They bill you $25/day to park and there are no lower cost or free options. The breakfast in the hotel is $28 for adults and $14 for kids. There are no microwaves in the rooms which forces you to eat out. The restaurant was supposed to open at 11:30 for lunch, so we waited 20 minutes for that to happen only to be told (rudely) that it would be open at noon.

Great location in the ski village, SK8 in and out, close to shops and food, restaurant on site, great buffet breakfast, nice interior design, dog friendly. One thing that we would like to see changed- hotel needs to put microwaves to the 2d floor rooms as well, please. 3d floor had microwaves, 2d doesn't. It is very useful when people travel with families, kids, take left overs into the room, or just want to rewarm a day old pizza for kids.

Not much open in the village on a Wednesday eve. Hot tub was closed for weather which was disappointing as we were looking forward to enjoy the amenities but area was closed for the entire night even after rain stopped. We walked down the next morning to use the hot tub and the jets were not working. The sink in our room was also not draining. It was unfortunate as we were looking forward to a nice evening away from the kids.

First time to Sun Peaks with the family and it’s a beautiful place and very secluded. Lots of places to eat, shop and sightsee. My only complaint is the pool was disappointing it’s alot smaller then in the pictures and then there was only 6 lounge chairs but room for a lot more. The hotel is nice and clean the rooms are in need of some updating. Parking is also $25 a day which I found to be very expensive. The drive up to the resort is about 30 mins from the main road but it’s a very beautiful drive.
