Painted Boat Resort

This is one of our favourite locations especially for family trips or visiting with friends. The vila has so much space and all the amenities one need at one locations. One suggestion is adding a Squat rack in the gym, other than that, amazing all the way.

Very spacious Villas. Well-appointed kitchens. Perfect for couples and families.

Fabulous even if only for one night. Wonderfully peaceful with a family of otters in the harbour to entertain us!

The location was beautiful and the staff were great. So much space in the villa we weren’t didn’t even use part of it! We did enjoy it but there were a few small things that could have been improved- there are no locks on any door inside the villa (on neither bedroom or bathroom!), when we came in there were two spiders that were fairly large and prominent in the loft, the set up in the downstairs living room was a little squishy and it didn’t need to be. It was hard to watch the tv if your trying to have a movie night (the TV is too high, you’d have to move a couch yet a desk is in the way- but the desk really should have been upstairs). Anyway just minor set up details. The pools are amazing, they have kayak and paddle board rentals on site which are so much fun. The Spa was fantastic with a lovely spa pool area for before or after your treatment (no kids allowed so good if the pool area is busy- just unfortunately no sun loungers) the massage itself was on of the best massages I’ve had and a lovely added bonus of a steam shower with a clay mask to the end. Lastly if it is in the summer I don’t know if the villas have air conditioning. It kept getting really warm in ours and despite all the fans and windows it was still extremely warm. During dinner time it was very hard to eat at the table because there was so much direct sunlight at the dining table that was coming through the top windows (which have no blinds) that people sitting on one side were blinded.
