THE Beach Club Resort

My favourite property in Parksville in any season. We love it for the location - beachfront and next to the community park is perfect for famillies with little ones. Also the food in the restaurant has vastly improved in the last year or so. Everything we had was delicious - especially the shrimp and crab Cobb Salad, the chicken wings and the Tapsilog at breakfast. Highly recommend!

Excellent facility, family friendly

We were excited for the pool and hot tub, but they were always filled with lots of kids. We made reservations at the fine dining restaurant to celebrate my husband's promotion and the food was horrible we sent it back and went somewhere else. But the hotel was nice to stay, I would never recommend that restaurant though ever!

Really lovely place to stay, the view is amazing! The staff are super friendly too, we even got a little Easter egg when checking in. We got room service and the food was really good! I would definitely stay there again. The only issue I had was that there were kids staying above us and they were super loud and banging on the floor. We complained a couple of times because it was disturbing us. I would have like to possibly been moved but that may not have been an option at the time. All around nice place though, and there is a pool/hot tub!

I think the biggest complaint we had was that the hotel had only one elevator in the tower we stayed in. At one point, it took us over 20 minutes to go from our room on the third floor to the car and back to the room because we forgot something but since there is only one elevator and the cleaning staff uses it, it was full. The underground parking lot gets full in the evening, so you'll need to park at the parkade across the street. The pros, beach front - easy access, deep tubs which my husband of 6'1" was able to fit in, electric chargers for EV cars (although there were sooooo many cars parked that wasn't charging or wasn't an electric car and just wanted to park for the spot). It's family friendly hotel, staff were all nice and great. I would like to see the bath robes in the room instead of requesting for them.

We had a fabulous time at The Beach Club! The resort and facilities like the pool are very clean, the staff are all very friendly, and it was perfect for our family. Erin at the restaurant was exceptional. We will be back for sure!

Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Pool and hot tub are not too busy. Great food selection at the restaurant. Love the proximity to the beach and the community park for kids. We stayed at the Tower on the 8/F. There’s only 1 elevator to serve both guests and service staffs for the 70 units on the tower. Housekeeping for our room was done in the later part of the afternoon and closer to the evening. When we came back to the hotel to take a break after some day activities and realized the room is not cleaned yet, we forfeited some rests in order to give time for housekeeping. We would still come back to the Beach Club Resort next time we are in Parksville.

We loved the closeness of the beach. The staff were incredibly nice and upgraded our studio room to a suite. My family had a great weekend getaway.
