Always liked this property. We have, and will stay again. Not getting a room upgrade form my Hotels Gold status was disappointing but did receive a quiet room as requested facing the forest. The room weirdly was hot, snd under positive pressure meanig two hotel fans by an open window when it was <10C out still didn't cool the room. The patio is large, unlit so calmingly dark after sunset. Kitchen was good, useful, with two bbq on site. Hot tubs is always a feature but it really is silly when no noise, it doesn't stay open past 10pm. Even 30min, or an hour more, would improve utility, especially with many kids staying. So would a bar given it is not near the village. At least there is AC being installed now.

We go to Whistler most summers and have now stayed in most of the main areas of the town. I think we like this location the best for us (a family with two smallish kids) because it doesn't have the noise of the main stroll, but you can still get to the centre / gondolas in a few minutes if you walk straight down Blackcomb (or a little longer on the #5 bus). This year we were there during one of the increasingly common periods of high heat and were a bit worried about the hotel being too warm for our little kids given the lack of AC. However, Josh on reception was incredibly accommodating and located us in a room that was shady during the day and so even with 32-34C temperatures, the room was never too hot, and cooled off nicely at night with the mountain air.

This quiet hotel is perfectly located on the slopes of Blackcomb mountain and just far enough from the village to keep its quiet feel. Stayed here several times and have never been disappointed. Great place for the family.

We really enjoyed being in your suites. It’s wonderful to be able to bring our fur babies with us. The suites were very clean. The kids enjoyed the pool and staff was very friendly and professional. Will definitely stay again. Thank you.

Perfect ski in/out on a blue run. Couldn’t ask for better accommodations for our 6 night stay with a family of 5. Kitchen very well equipped. Laundry machines are operated by an app which made it no problem not having one in our room. Housekeeping came 3 times during our stay as requested. Ski valet was excellent and personable!

I stayed with my family (2 kids). The hotel has an excellent gear rental in the lobby, and also has direct access to the Blackcomb slope. It was very convenient: I could just pickup my gear and then hit the slope. After skiing, my family had a complete recovery at the swimming pool and hot tubs in the hotel, surrounded by beautiful snow. There was a game room with ping pong table. Also the room was clean and cozy :)

Decent Condos. Right on the slope, so access to the mountain was great. We rented a 2 bedroom unit and it was great for our family of 4 and our dog.
