Westlock Inn and Conference Centre

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was advertised as a free breakfast, but limited to one egg, meat option, and toast, or an oatmeal breakfast. It was too a small breakfast for some, and we ended up having to purchase extra breakfast supplements. Children‘s breakfast was not included in the price of the room for our toddler. We asked at the desk, but we were refused. The pool was pleasant, but closed during supper hours, as it is situated right beside the dining patrons. Not an issue for us, but could be for others. The rooms were very clean, and the staff was pleasant and courteous.

We enjoyed our stay. We were able to check in early as we had a family function out of town to attend. Our room was nice and clean, everything worked well, the pool area was very nice and the restaurant had good food. I recommend this hotel. Good value for your money.

It was clean and quiet .. the staff were pleasant and friendly .. I would recommend this to family and friends ..

We stay here once a year to visit family, it's always been a good place to stay convientent with the restaurant right there.

The staff are very nice and made me at like a family member. Will definitely come back.
