This Hotel looks nice and new in the pictures. Hallway smelled like a combo of wet dog and musky carpets. Noise was horrible as kids were running around until 1 am. We were second floor and could hear the pool like it was beside us. Room was dirty. Hair on the floor and crud in the corners. Bathroom counters were grungy. 2 towels for a family of 5. Parking is a joke. A corner store has the same amount of parking as this hotel. I would not recommend unless you were stuck. Definitely not worth the $200/ night.

The hotel was clean and nice , but the swimming pool was so horrible, smells of chlorine is so strong and you can feel it once you interning the swimming facilities, my kids got breathing problems and started coughing specially my younger son has severe asthma!!, and most of other people had the same symptoms unfortunately! Hopefully it will be fixed in future. Thanks

Staying 3 nights at this hotel as a family of 6 was easy and comfortable. Our room was clean and had plenty of space for our family. The hot breakfast was very good each morning. The pool area and common areas were clean. We enjoyed our stay and if we find ourselves far away from home again, we'd definitely stay here again

It's a new hotel, so everything seemed great and new and fresh. Breakfast was great, even though the staff was overloaded. There were two different sports tournys going on, so it was packed with kids, but they responded well.

Im pregnant with my 4th child and all i asked was that they "romance" the room if possible and they did this!!! I love the staff here! They wrote out a full card of good wishes and even got us a baby gift!! Would LOVE to come back! Thanks again to ALL of u at the holiday inn st albert suites!! 💖💖💖
