First time staying here and most likely won’t stay again. The front desk staff wasn’t very friendly when I had inquiries. When it got time to put my baby down the fire alarm kept beeping and they told my bf that the battery was running low. They said there was no one to change it and suggested we move rooms or stay. We weren’t impressed as we had already settled into the room and I was about to put my baby to sleep. My bf asked if they could give him batteries and he could change it, they said no. The alarm kept waking my baby and I up. It was pretty annoying.

We have stayed here numerous times, mainly because it's convenient to family and is dog friendly. I wish that the breakfast was available later in the day, rather than just until 9:30 weekdays and 10:30 on weekends. Also I wish it was clear when the breakfast buffet was available.

Stayed for the night to be close to family for the holidays. Amazing location and clean and open hotel. Would highly recommend for a stay.

We went with a team to this hotel. The luxury suite is a must for your team room. However as a family or couple or work traveller this is a good hotel. Rooms were clean and spacious. Hotel is in good condition especially for the price. If the location is good for your needs I recommend this place. Beds are very comfy and so are the pillows. Good shower pressure and they supply toaster, kettles, good coffee, bowls and other extras in your room. There are some restaurants close by and the hotel breakfast was ok. The best part about this hotel is the staff. They are very accommodating and pleasant. Overall, very pleased and would stay again.

This was the second time I stayed at this property, like the first time check in was fast friendly staff, I was offered an up grade to a junior suite which very nice, the was spotless, and very comfortable and quite, we and drinks in the lounge amd breakfast in the morning both of which were too end, we definitely be looking to stay here again

Pillows were incredibly uncomfortable, bed was rough too. Stand only shower- not good for toddlers if you need to give them a bath.

The overall stay was good. We did not spend much time in the hotel, we mostly went out to my sister's place. This trip was for visiting an ill family member. The beds were comfortable.
