Good amenities , large clean room, pool was fun for the kids.

My two daughters and I stayed one night here. After reading more reviews, I started to worry about what our stay would be like, but we really enjoyed it! The staff were so friendly and kind. The heated pool and hot tub were good. My kids loved it. There were plenty of towels stocked there and it was clean. There weren’t many lounge chairs but also not many people using the pool. The restaurant was fine. It was your typical hotel restaurant, a little pricey but they give a coupon and the staff are attentive and friendly. We were both dinner and breakfast there. My girls enjoyed the breakfast- dinner not so much. The beds were soft and the room was very basic but very spacious. Toiletries were good. There wasn’t enough towels for the 3 of us, which was the only disappointment. But they had a mini fridge and microwave and a was coffee maker and decent tv. Overall, we were happy with our stay ! And very happy with the kind staff !

This hotel was fantastic, great customer service and clean and spacious rooms for big families to enjoy their stay .

Our family love it because it's clean and the staff is good to us. The only thing that's off is the strong men cologne smell by the entrance but otherwise it's our pick when we have stuff to do in Edmonton and area.

Did not like the fact that the pool was being used for swimming lessons. My friend who was staying with me was meeting her grandson and the plan was to use the pool. A lady was giving swimming lessons to some children and had toys there. My friends 4 year old grandson did not know the toys were for the lessons and wanted to play with them. The lady took the toys and put them in a bag. Her grandson did not understand elephant was happening and the lady was rude when she asked for the toys back. This put a negative impact on our stay because we had planned to use the pool which is why I chose a hotel with a pool. It would have been nice to be informed that lessons were taking place something I have never heard of in a hotel pool and this whole incident could have been avoided.

Very relaxing and quiet stay. There was a hockey team staying at the hotel at the same time, so they put us on the fourth floor as we had a baby. Wonderful staff, and everything was very clean. Would stay here again

This is a lovely new hotel. Rooms are spacious and beds and bedding comfortable. The bar / restaurant was good for dinner. However our check in was unnecessarily drawn out. The recepionist spent a long time chatting and laughing with the person in front of us. When our turn came it took a while to find our booking. Then we were told breakfast was not included. I had to pull up the booking on my phone to show it was. Two other points. We choose hotels based on a pool and hot tub. Given the pool is very small we left it once a child came in for a swimming lesson. Is this a new trend? Lastly the breakfast was very poor. A buffet with a few hot items that were cold and no fruit, cereal etc.
