Best Western Plus Okotoks Inn & Suites

Kids running up and down hallways until 11 at night, and the parents allowed it. Staff talked to both children and parents but with no positive outcome. Breakfast fresh and abundant. Staff did their best. Room clean. Small hard single use plastic bottles in rooms super hard to squeeze. Water just poured out of shower head.

Had a wonderful stay over Christmas. The kids enjoyed the pool and the water slide a lot. The breakfasts were so delicious with lots of options. Great service from the front desk. Would absolutely stay here again.

Loved the room, pull out bed was awesome for my son who is 2. We did however, miss the tub, the shower was great for my husband but not as accessible for our toddler

I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels this year for kid’s’ activities and this one was the best experience by far. The rooms were clean and quiet and the staff was welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was a plus and the pool was awesome for the kids. Highly recommend :)

Excellent customer service. Small pool with private swimming lessons happening on a Friday night, which was strange and made it difficult for the kids to swim. Very noisy; walls and doors cheap and thin. Darkening curtains only covered half the window; not conducive to young kids getting to sleep during daylight savings. Facilities were clean.

If anyone plans on ever staying here, please BEWARE that this hotel is popular for visiting sports teams from schools etc. The noise level from the kids who are totally NOT being supervised by either the parents or the hotel is extremely unacceptable! The kids think they are either still at school or still at home and have ABSOLUTELY no respect that there are other guests staying at the hotel. And the biggest problem though the hotel staff say they will do something about it when you call down to complain, nothings happens, it just continues on, night after night!! It is almost as if the staff are afraid.

Everything I need was there, people were very friendly. The hotel was quiet and because I was visiting my grandchildren they joined me in the pool and had lots of fun. I enjoyed the fitness room the equipment was clean and in good repair. The food was good and lots to eat

The lady at the front desk was super awesome. Need to get a button at front desk for the door that locks after hours. The property was really nice with lights in the trees outside. Room was okay. Clean comfy. Although kind of loud. Could hear dogs barking and I know quiet time it over in the mornings but we got in late and wanted to sleep in but I could hear people slamming their doors and children so that was lame. Overall I would stay here again.

My child found a pair of underwear on the shelf in the bathroom that wasn't ours. We informed the front desk and they had the said item removed. The front desk offered us 5000 best western points and for me to speak to housekeeping. Personally no I don't want to speak to the housekeeping management. And when I am paying 160$ per night for a room I expected more than the equivalent of 15$ in points. as I looked and you can't redeem for anything for 5000 points. I did however phone the customer service line and the lady on the phone was amazing and was extremely customer service oriented. Breakfast at the hotel was really good and the staff serving were so friendly and helpful. The pool is great as it has a pool waterslide and a hot tub. Overall the hotel is very nice and the staff friendly...mistakes happen and we are all human but I think they need to review how they handle such situations and how to correct the issues in a way that won't make the guest feel like it's nothing.
