Ramada by Wyndham High River

Not enough room keys, they only had one to give us, a family of five, but otherwise stay was great. The kids loved the pool with a slide!

Had a great experience here with my husband and kids. The pool was great, lovely hot tub. Staff were amazing. Would go back again!

We loved the fact that it had 3 beds! The kids didn’t have to share, which was a bonus! The pool and hot tub are great! The staff is friendly and the breakfast was good! We will be staying here again!

We came to celebrate our daughter's 11 birthday and our 16 year old heart anniversary to take a break from everything and spend time as a family time swimming and subs. The girls had a great time. Front desk was very helpful and great with accomodating us. Breakfast staff offered a good selection for breakfast. Swimming was our favorite. Thank you. We will be back soon

Staff did a great job with a full hotel with a hockey tournament in town. Liked the options for rooms as was able to accommodate our family

My husband and I stayed here with our toddler and baby. My husband had gone out to the lobby to work on his computer while I got the kids to sleep. Just before 10 pm, I heard male voices outside and suddenly our door opened and there were two large men standing there. They were apologetic and said the front desk must have made a mistake and then they left. It was quite startling and after that I didnt feel safe going to sleep until my husband was back in the room and we could put the extra locks in place. My husband spoke to the front desk and they didn't even apologize; just laughed and said they had given them the wrong room, and everything was fixed now. The men who were given the wrong room were ugraded for the mistake. But for us, whose privacy and safety was compromised, we received nothing. Everything else about our stay was fine but it was disappointing that the staff could make that big of a mistake and then not even care to make it right.

Lots of noise from families with kids running down the hallways. Very noisy from guest above. Insulation poor.

I love that housekeeping is on request only so we don’t waste so much water in linens that is a great move. Staff were friendly. Only issue was when families started staying on the weekend children were very loud into the night
