Grand Inn & Residence

Floors were dirty, walls in the bedroom and bedroom had food or whatever all over them. Tub in the bathroom did not drain. Front desk staff was very friendly but I will not stay here again with how dirty the room was. Yes, i could have let front desk know about the dirty room but my family and i had just spent 14 hours on the road and were exhausted.

We booked the 2 bedroom suite and it for perfect with a large family. Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean and well stocked. Washrooms were great. We just had some troubles with cooling as the thermostat didnt seem to be working so we had to open windows at night. There are no ac units in the rooms, just a main temp control.

Great place for a family, felt like a home

We spent three nights here while visiting family in the area. We had a one bedroom suite with kitchen. The room is beautiful and well appointed. It was clean, large, and definitely suited our needs. Our major complaint is the beds, but specifically the king sized bed in the seperate bedroom. Half of the bed had a DEEP groove with a sharp hump at the center. It was incredibly uncomfortable and my husband suffered severe back and shoulder pain. We have stayed at most of the hotels in the area, and while we feel like the room was an excellent value for what we paid, the bed was more than enough to make us wonder whether we would stay again. That and the poor insulation between rooms. One night there was a loud party down the hall all night, and early this morning a small dog started barking and continued all of the way until we checked out. It must have been above us because there was no where you could go in our suite that we couldn't hear it. I wish we had a better experience because I really enjoyed the hotel and staff. I just can't see myself paying to have such an uncomfortable sleep.

The rooms were amazing for a family stay. Will definitely be using this hotel again. ONLY thing missing were enough place settings for everyone anx a larger coffee pot. The room was comfortable and spacious.

Whenever we travel to grand prairie,we always stay in grand inn the kids love to stay there feels like home.

Incredible value. The two bedroom suite easily accommodated our family of 6. Having two showers was an extra bonus. Will stay here again.
