Encore Suites by Service Plus Inns

We were very comfortable with our room. Good sound proofing. Only problem was how incredibly tiny the bathtub was. Seemed like a toddler tub, lol. Happy we stayed. Would stay again.

The stay was wonderful. I love the breakfast but wish it was real and not this quick powdered eggs and minute bacon that isn’t healthy at all. Didn’t see bagels or croissants which would’ve been nice or fruit. Annoyed to see plastic eggs and not real eggs. Seems I’m not the only one to think this either. The hashbrowns were good and pancakes but very different in sizes everytime. Staff was wonderful and polite. Great location close to many stores, and dining. My biggest issue was I booked a kitchenette and it’s not! Nothing but a full fridge very disappointing. Bed was comfortable and loved the fluffy pillows. There was a lot of noise above from the bathroom hearing it run, and drain as well as someone using the bathroom which was not appealing at all. The kids across the hall were a bit noisy too. Other than that it was quiet. Would stay again. They did listen to my allergy requests too. Thanks

We arrived with a “guaranteed” booking that was for a family suite, to find out there was no family suite available. So the staff gave us a room and a couple pizza vouchers. Very disappointing especially when we paid for what was supposed to be a family suite. Staff was not overly friendly. This a small weird detail, but the room we were given had no bathtub. The shower setup was such that it was impossible to turn the shower on with out getting doused with cold water. It looks to me like the sliding door was installed on the wrong side. My wife was unable to reach in and turn on shower without getting wet.

This Property is great. Super clean in a good spot. They attendant at the breakfast place wasn't very friendly. But overall it was a nice place to stay. I wish there was a pool or hot tub for the kids but the Easylink Center is awesome.
