Best Western Grande Prairie Hotel & Suites

They did not have cotd, for children, which surprises me, the bedside was much 2 small for 2 sleep apnea machines. The safe didn't work & the plugib by the large mirror is worn out, nothing pluged in would stay in. We booked 2 nights & on the second night a note was left under the door saying to check in or they would do a welfare check. Very Odd

Nice place & family friendly

This was our second time staying at Best Western Grande Prairie. Obviously we returned because we enjoyed our first stay. This time was different. We requested for a quite room because we were traveling with young children. We were placed on the third floor. Our room is connected to the room next door with two doors in the wall. The first night we could hear people dragging furniture and stomping on the 4th floor until past midnight, plus people laughing and chatting next door. The second night was a little quieter. There were still noises, but I was able to sleep with our white noise machine on. The third night was terrible. There was people yelling and fighting in the hallway. The hotel staff had to call the police. People in the room next to us was also partying until 1:30 AM. We could hear every single word, the laughing, yelling, chatting, screaming, cheering... I get it, it's the Easter long weekend. But I wish people have some courtesy for others. Our kids were awaken at midnight even with our white noise playing... It's very frustrating and disappointing. It was one of the most restless stay.
