Room didn’t have enough bedding for sofa bed. No hand soap in bathrooms. Breakfast was horrible tasting. Left family feeling sick.

When we arrived we found there were no bed sheets or pillow or comforters for the pull out couch. Saturday morning we awaken by a fire alarm at 7:30... which we got up & got all our kids outside to find out that this happens on a regular basis from another guest who is there long term.There were hardly anyone outside.. the front desk just turned the alarm off & didn't even tell anyone. The pool was warm which was great. Breakfast was okay... but once the food ran out there was no more. (at 8am there was no bacon left & she was not going to make anymore) Im don't think we would stay there again

It was awesome. Angelina is very nice and very friendly and accommodating. Food for breakfast was perfect for my grandchildren. They love and Angelina too. She is very good and love children, which is awesome and perfect customer service excellence.

Nice hotel, spacious suites for our large family, great selection of items for free hot breakfast. Only complaint would be the cold pool and the chilly AC in the pool room.

This was a fantastic place to stay with my family, 5 of us total . The room was clean , warm, and well appointed . The staff and Manager especially were fantastic , she took the time to get to know my kids and talk to them every day . All the staff were so welcoming and friendly . It felt like we were staying with relatives not strangers !

Paper thin walls. Could hear our neighbours talking. No soap in 2/3 of the dispensers in the shower. The breakfast witch as my kids called her refused to fill up the pancake mix for them at 9AM which is one hr before breakfast is over. Terrible experience, we will never be back.
