Was a great visit pool was a hit with the kid rooms were good. We got a suit with kitchen however no cutlery or dishes.

Hotel was clean. Room was clean. Pillows absolutely sucked. They were the size of throw pillows and were so uncomfy. The pool, hot tub and waterslide were great. When we got there they had a birthday party going on in the pool and all the little ones shrieking was to much to handle. Went back to the pool after they left and it was much better. This hotel hosts kids birthday parties so the pool isn’t only used for guests. Hot breakfast was good. No complaints other than pillows and loud kids in the pool (which isn’t hotels fault)

I made reservations s for 2 rooms and asked for them to be on the same floor. I was told when I called to check that they were located on the same floor, unfortunately when I arrived this was not true. Also my suite was not ready at check in, I was told she would notify me, thst did not happen. Nor were the lg bath towels brought that she indicated would be delivered. I had 5 minor children with me , these small consciences woudhave been appreciated.

We unfortunately arrived when there was a sporting event for kids. It was very noisy and we had to conplain to the front desk. When checking out we were dismissed and not even asked how our stay was. Pillows were horrible and it was 25 degrees in our room when we arrived.

We always enjoy staying at the Comfort Inn for our extended family Christmas gathering. The location is central, the staff accommodating and the facilities perfect for our needs.

Staff was extremely friendly, check in was quick, pool and hot tub the kids loved, breakfast actually had real eggs and not powdered. We did find someone else's sock and redbull under the bed in our room though. But overall great stay!

Their swimming pool slide was big, steep and high, kids and grown up will like it. Yet the front desk staff "Megha" was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was up to the full standards of Canadian breakfast, nice and warm.
