the jacuzzi bathtub lost a part and a lot of hair came out while I was in it, it was horrible, my baby was with us, and the bathtub was so dirty . I have photos of everything. There’s a mold on the basket when they put the towels. It was so bad.

You buy the bed for a night. The bed was so comfy. Slept like a baby. The heater took a long time to heat up. We turned it up to 85 and when the heat poured out we turned it down to 72 and it was fine. Weird. The front desk check in was smooth andvthe lady April was a gem. So easy to deal with and very kind.
