Cloud 9 Inn

This is a good location for a family to stay. The motel is old and in need of serious updating which is being done in stages. Our room was brand new with a full kitchen. We loved the motel feature with an external door and parking right outside. The breakfast was hot and generous servings. Would stay here again

I loved the condo suite It was perfect for my family!

Nothing fancy and a bit aged. We needed an overnight with the grandkids and this served our needs well. Would stay again. Nothing negative to say.

The suite was a great space for my large family and accommodated everyone. The customer service was above and beyond and the the free breakfast was delicious!! It may be a little run down, but there is a lot of heart that goes into running the motel.

We stayed here both on the way up and the way back from Northern BC. It was a perfect stay both times! The rooms were clean and comfortable with working AC, the breakfast room was cute and comfortable, and check in was easy. The biggest shining point with these guys though is the customer service! We were travelling with an infant and for both nights they made sure we had the crib in the room prior to arrival. When we needed help disassembling the crib to move it to the separate room (we stayed in a suite the second night so we had a separate space from the baby) the staff at the hotel were quick and happy to come help us out. Everyone we interacted with at this hotel was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. 10/10 will stay again and will recommend to anyone coming through.

I recently stayed at this hotel for two nights and was pleasantly surprised by my experience. Although the outside of the hotel doesnt look great, the rooms have been renovated, are modern and beautiful. My room had a small kitchen that was fully equipped. My kids loved the free Disney Plus channel, which was a nice touch. The service was very friendly and accommodating, and the complimentary breakfast was ok. This experience reminded me of the old proverb, "Outward appearances are not a reliable indication of true character." Just like how you shouldn't judge a book by its cover, you shouldn't judge this hotel by its exterior. Despite the uninviting outside, the hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend it!

The upgrades inside are nice as the outside is very deceiving. I chose to stay here based on others reviews and the capability of having 2 beds separate from a third bed for a large family. However, the beds were very firm. We didnt have the best sleepnfor 3 nights being uncomfortable. We arrived late then first night and only provided 6 pillows for 5 guests.

I was mislead by pictures of a suite that was definitely not ours. Growing up in public housing as a child, this brought me right back. And not in a good way. Shame on you.

We stayed in the condo, it was a fantastic space for our family. And offered privacy for my husband to work.
