Ramada by Wyndham Drayton Valley

We always love coming here. Its always a great sleep and the breakfast is amazing. The family loves this pool.

The whole family loved this hotel as the rooms were nice and clean, fun arcade and board games in the lobby area and the pool was great!

The breakfast buffet was amazing! Lots of variety, plus CHIA SEED PARFAIT (which I have never seen in a hotel breakfast buffet). Delicious! Great pool with waterslide, plus large family rooms available and friendly service.

The staff was amazing start to finish. However the room was disgusting. The sheets were ripped, which we called the front desk they offered to change them, but it was later into the evening and we have two small children so we said nevermind it but please make a note so that we arent the ones paying for it. The carpets were very stained and the microwave in our kitchenette was dirty. The part that absolutely did us in was my wife went into the bathroom to wash her face the next morning, and went to use the make up removal cloths provided by the hotel so she wouldnt get makeup on their facecloths. When she moved the sign she found a small pile of public hair. Having a weak stomach this caused her to immediately becoming sick vomiting seeing someone else's pubic hair in the bathroom. I informed the staff immediately and they were amazing. They could not apologize enough.
