We took a family vacation to Banff and Jasper and we stayed at Stoneridge in Canmore for the Banff portion. We loved our stay. The suites are gorgeous, and the people are so welcoming. Irish, at the front desk, made us feel right at home. She offered recommendations on places to explore that made our trip even better. Thank you, Irish! You truly care and our family had a better vacation because of you.

We liked that this property was family friendly. The property and views were beautiful. We didnt like that there were no duvet covers, only sheets to cover the duvet.

Two adult couples exploring Banff/Canmore found ourselves in love with this property. We really like the layout of the 2 bdrm. On suite king rooms with the living room and kitchen in the middle was the greatest layout for us. Steps from Black Dog for a great bite, coffee or even a beer was enjoyed every morning/afternoon. We also took full advantage of the hot tub and heated pool every evening after a long day of hiking. Highly recommended for families or couples.

This was an amazing place to stay. The hotel was lovely for a family of 3. We had a two bedroom suite that literally exceeded our expectations. Canmore was so wonderful and far enough away from the heavy tourism of Banff but close enough to drive to hikes at lake Louise and check out downtown Banff, but Canmore itself was lovely and the hotel was awesome for exactly what we needed.

The view of the mountains. This resort was close enough to the downtown area of Canmore. Less than a 5 minute drive. Perfect vacation spot. The suite was perfect for a family of 4 to 5 people. It was also nicely decorated and very clean.

Great resort with clean rooms and suites. We were not allowed to check in early but it wasn’t their fault as check-in states 4pm and I had pre arranged it before hand. I would recommend this place for families.

Beautiful property, huge suite perfect for family or larger group. Property is clean with secured parking and suite comes with everything you need for vacation away (even a BBQ). The staff super friendly and the Black Dog Cafe on the property was delicious. A bit pricey like everything else these days but I would recommend the StoneRidge Mountain Resort.
