Pillows City Hotel Brussels Centre

Small hotel with family vibe in the center of Brussels. Clean and friendly staff.

We stayed in the family room as a group of 4 people for a weekend stay. Perfect size and spacious really comfortable and the hotel is a really central to shops and tourists sites.

A clean, quiet hotel on a side street very near the Brussels Central train station. The rooms were luxurious, very clean and well maintained with thoughtful touches like slippers and robes. The staff provided incredible service - our family suite had one bedroom that wouldn't cool. The front desk person came up and immediately showed us the room next door, which he offered at no charge in addition to our existing suite. He had keys sent up in five minutes and our stay was perfect after that. That is problem resolution that you don't often see. I would stay at the Pillows Brussels again without a second thought.

Our stay at Pillows City Hotel was excellent. The hotel is about two blocks form the central train station. The staff was friendly and helpful. The accommodations were spacious and exceptionally comfortable. The only thing lacking was air conditioning as we arrived during an atypical heat wave. The on-site restaurant was utilized only for breakfast, which was excellent. My family wished we could stay for longer and are likely to return.

This is nice and elegant room. We were three people and booked a family room which has a room inside the room that give my husband and I some privacy while our friend slept in the main room. The bed was confortable, the shower was great, the toiletries were nice too. Overall it’s a very nice hotel but the huge downside is that there is a building in construction around the hotel. The work start at 7am and it’s very noisy. If you’re planning to woke up early and leave, I’m sure you will join your stay. But, if you’re planning to sleepover and rest -that was our plan as we are in a trip for all Europe and this was an stop between Bruges and Paris- this is not the hotel for you at least until that construction is done, but it may take a couple years ti de done.
