Brussels Marriott Hotel Grand Place

Conveniently located and absolutely perfectly met our needs as family travelers, all adults.

I injured myself on the revolving door entering the hotel. The door just keeps spinning with force. My luggage got caught on the ledge. So the door kept smashing into me until I could yank out my suitcases. No one came to help. Just watch. A few guests saw and asked if I wanted to take their names and numbers and file a complaint. I didn’t bother. I told management. Nothing got done. I hope no one. Especially a child or elderly person isn’t seriously injured. It doesn’t work like that at other hotels. Also. The internet went down a few hours. Finally. When sitting outside on the patio with a friend they decided to take the chairs in at 9:15pm. I asked to let us continue sitting and was told that it’s. It possible. After taking away the chairs and tables the staff stood around and did nothing. Terrible service. I will never stay there again nor will I recommend. Over priced for what you get. 2 star hotel service.

Excellent Location and amazing Hotel. My kids felt safe living there on their trip to Brussels.

This hotel is nice and centrally located amongst all the restaurants and sights of the city. As a family of four, it was nice to get two connected rooms, providing good comfort for the whole family.

Wonderful time as always! (4th time in Brussels and always stay there now!) Rooms are clean and modern and so comfortable. Staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. Close to the Grand Place as well as most of the other "sights" in Brussels and only a 5 min walk to the trains. Stayed there 4/6-10/17 and it was, as always, a delightful experience. Shelly and Ziad are two of the most amazing Marriott employees!! As a teacher, I can't afford a lot of trips so it's a big deal to me to get to do this once a year. These two have been there every time, remember us, always have a smile...and they remember us!! They must see THOUSANDS of people in a year - and they remember me?? They remember the kids and ask how they are, ask how school is going for me... I'm beyond blown away. And, have a question? Need something? They find the answer! To me it says something when the same people are there in a company - it says it's a great company to be with and work for --- and it is evident as it's such a great hotel. Thank you Marriott for being such a wonderful home away from home!
