We had an amazing time at Novotel Brussels City Centre. The staff were so helpful, particularly Awa, who went out of her way to help us with lots of help and advice! The pool was small but a good size for the kids and the gym was sufficient, although could have done with a water dispenser. Breakfast had good options and the hotel is excellently located!

I think this is an excellent hotel for families, child friendly pool, excellent location for city center buzz, and a little play area in reception, plus good family rooms

We stayed in Novotel City Center in July 24 with two kids , it was our second time staying in this hotel.The staff in hotel is amazing, very helpful and friendly, the rooms are spacious and clean . The location is fantastic, close to bars and restaurants, shoping centers . Next time , when in Brussels we'll be staying again in Novotel.

Great location, could not get better price for family of 4. usually in Europe, you would need to book 2 rooms but this hotel had small twin beds next to the double sized bed. Location was so great, 2 blocks from Grand Palace. Great value, would recommend.

Fantastic hotel in a great location for seeing Brussels. I didn't know there was a little pool, which the kids loved. Would definitely go here again.

Our room was noisy, asked for superior room it was a room for family, 2 extra beds, the room next door had kids and the walls thin, so loud. The road noise outside also kept me awake.

Conveniently located for easy walking to sites and public transportation. The pool and steam room were nice. Breakfast was far above American standard hotel breakfast. Note: Children 15 & Under are free at breakfast - Plan to Pay at the hotel to take advantage of this. The kids really enjoyed the gaming console in the lobby as well.

Very well located hotel in Brussels to enjoy the Christmas Markets around, just meters away. It’s nice for families and kids 👍 our room was spacious and comfortable.
