We liked the hotel and the location, however we had bad luck with our rooms and ended up moving rooms 3 times. The tv in our first room did not work and it took 4 calls over 2 days before anything was done. We were then upgraded to a junior suite, after we moved into the room we noticed that the air conditioning wasn’t working (important as the temperature was 34C). The night manager quickly gave us another junior suite. The staff did their best to remediate the situation

This is just a wonderful hotel in an amazing location: I almost don't want to write this review as I want to keep it a secret for my family and friends! Great staff, beautifully appointed rooms (very good for a 4*), delicious breakfast in an AMAZING location: JUST across the road from the Staatsoper. I can't think of a better price/performance place to stay in Vienna.

Booked a junior suite and it was quite comfortable, clean and quiet. Not sure if cleaning is daily, but fresh towels are provided each day and bed is remade. Nespresso coffee maker in suite. Kettle provided upon request.

Excellent stay with the family!! Room was beautiful and luxurious with the facility so central to everything nearby cafe’s, museums and shopping.

Wonderful boutique hotel! Location staff service junior suite were all excellent. Happy to find this gem in Vienna. Close to shops and public transpo! I will come back and recommend this to hotel to family and friends.

A wonderfully located hotel is a perfect place to stay in Vienna. The members of staff were very friendly and helpful, the cleaning service were well provided and the breakfast included in the stay rate was good. But nothing was better than a spacious family room equipped will all the necessary appliances for comfortable experience. I’d definitely come back here
