We had two of the family rooms for us and pur adult children. Plenty of storage, large, comfy rooms. Very convenienient to the Opera house, Nauschmarket, Hofburg palace and Charles Church. Great to have washer and dryer to use in the basement. Had to install We Wash app to use them. Staff extrememely helpful and friendly. Very pleasant stay in Vienna.

Gorgeous hotel close to the metro, museums and cafes. Highly recommend for families or anyone traveling. Breakfast was wonderful but an additional cost. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Property is close by and is in city center to tourist attractions. Subway is right below. Room are pretty big . We booked a superior apartment considering i was traveling with family. Has a kitchen and utensils along with cutlery which was handy. Would recommend for families to stay here as this is not just a hotel room. Its more of a condo living

Loved the location. The hotel itself is very good. The staff is good. Yet, when you try to communicate with the hotel ahead of time via messaging system is slow in responding to you. The family room was pretty good as well. The mini bar was very disappointing due to only one option in it. The sparkling wine was not an option to us since we do not drink and sadly no alternative was provided for us. The condition of the room is good but it does need to be refreshed a bit cause in some of the areas the wallpaper was coming off. The breakfast is way overrated cost wise and is not worth 23 euros per person.

Stayed for 3 days . Hotel is in center of all attractions and in walking distance. There is a tram next to hotel, bus and the train is right below. Only thing is hotel shower tub was leaking water i guess a plumber check is required. Otherwise a very good and pleasant stay. I booked this since i was travelling with family and was looking better than a hotel. This is a mini apartment about 500 sqft enough for my family needs . There is a kitchen fridge dishwasher and cutlery provided

This hotel feels like my home away from home in Vienna! Completely obsessed with top floor apartment! My kids were sad to leave! We cannot wait to come back: absolutely perfect hotel with some of the best hotel staff we ever met!
