Great on a nice day, is very busy we arrived in school hols and was very noisy. Great set up for campers and families Only had one sunset /sea life tour operating so that was disappointing. Restaurant staff were efficient and meals were lovely. Camping pack was great idea

Fabulous location. We had a sea view room on the ground floor and it was awesome to open the curtain and watch emus strolling about and see the bay. In the afternoon, it was awesome to watch the dolphins swimming up and down the beach. Good laundry facilities and great restaurant. Coffee could have been better tasting. Surprisingly, there is much waste with the individual portion of shampoo, etc. Could have refill containers in the bathroom, fixed to the wall. The noise of the fan in the bathroom drove us mad. It was like a jet engine taking off. Need a seperate switch. It is a mystery as to why there are no ceiling fans. Much better than air conditioning! GREAT place for children- lots to do. A shuttle mini bus service into Denham would be good. Love the dolphin research being done. Hire or provide sun umbrellas for international or interstate visitors who fly in.

Absolutely beautiful place. Well worth the money. We stayed in Room 52 which opens onto the playground, perfect room to have if you're travelling with children. The only negative I have is the room wasn't cleaned until late afternoon, which wouldn't have been too bad if I'd brought my own towels. We saw the staff around and just asked for extra towels to get us through until they'd been to drop off clean ones for our showers, because we used those ones for the pools. We only went to Monkey Bar for dinner and it was nice, the kids really enjoyed the mini burger and chips.

Everything, from the dolphins to the amazing beaches that a full of beautiful shells everywhere. To the nice rooms, good food, good drinks, close beaches. If I had a young family I would take them here

Unfortunately gone down hill since covid. The dolphin experience isn’t as interactive as it used to be, the bbq’s near the beach and picnic area were fenced off, and the staff had no idea why! So we were had to either use the ones on the other side of the park, or the very dirty ones in the communal area. We had planned to kayak, however they were closed for a whole month due to one member of staff being on annual leave! This was very disappointing as this was one of the reasons we chose the park to stay! To top it all off there seemed to be a large number of kids on a school trip, so the communal area was often too crowded and we would constantly hear the children running and screaming right outside our room.

Welcoming at airport pick up and reception. However we did not receive an early check in as requested so had to wait 5hrs. It was busy at the restaurant for last night of school holidays so wait staff were stressed and one was ‘short’ in her manner. The meal was very expensive $54 for steak $44 for a fish curry the latter was average n the fish was ‘old’ in texture. Thus the first day of our 3 day stay for some R&R was not the most positive. The Monkey bar had ‘normal’ prices n family friendly. Harry at the Kayak hire was a welcoming figure and also couldn’t believe we had to wait 5hrs for our room! On request our luggage was brought upstairs to our room. The shared shower had a broken handle and was not cleaned between families checking in and out next door also sharing same bathroom. It would be nice to provide a kettle tea n coffee facilities with the fridge.

Honest review during school holidays and with COVID 19 locking down most states: Busy place food was less then expected, staff in the restaurant and bar were stressed, breakfast failed to arrive for my wife and we were the third family in a line to complain about missing food, we all received a refund, but that doesn’t help when you are hungry. Noisey with some groups partying until 2am. Beach view room was excellent and clean, dolphins everyday, sunset cruise was great.
