Hospitality Carnarvon, SureStay Collection by Best Western

Booked 2 rooms for family of 5... both rooms clean, tidy, spacious. Retro style - nostalgic. The continental breakfast included was great - especially the automatic pancake maker. The food at the restaurant for dinner was AMAZING! Best seafood chowder we've ever had!! The man at reception has been extremely helpful and welcoming each time I've checked in. The staff, including the chef in the restaurant have been friendly and professional despite facing the extreme pressures and consequences of understaffing (no fault of their own). Will admit that the food took a while to come to the table for dinner tonight (15/7/22) - though the chef did visit our table to offer his apologies and once the food arrived, the quality of the food completely outweighed any hiccups. If there was anything I would recommend...it would be to replace the pool with a heated one too cater for families with kids who travel in the cooler months. Thanks again for a great stay!
