Mantarays Ningaloo Beach Resort

We traveled to this resort from coral bay to spend the night with our 12wk baby to bath her as our accommodation in coral bay wasn’t fresh water. We ended up with the only room without a bath, they wanted to charge us an extra $100 to get one even though the less expensive room types all had baths. My husband and I both showered before having our dinner, room service which was delicious but had to wash our feet again before getting into bed as they were black from the floors. On check out we weren’t asked if we enjoyed our stay. Just had a bill (our room service) handed to us. Everyone working at the resort was very young and often hanging around in groups chatting, felt very unprofessional.
