Great family city stay in central location. Close to shopping, dining, and city-based activities. Breakfast was great with so many options! We parked in multi-story carpark across the road to save on parking fees. Would definitely stay again!

We are a family of 4 (two adults and two children) who stayed in a double double room (two double beds) for two nights after arriving in the middle of the night from Singapore. Night staff were on duty when we arrived, they let us in because it was after midnight, so it felt very safe. They checked us in quickly, which was helpful as we were very tired. The hotel has a gym and swimming pool and both are family friendly. We used both and were impressed with the cleanliness. The free wi-fi never dropped out once. Breakfast was good, a large self-service all-you-can-eat buffet selection of cooked items as well as continental choices. There are also Asian inspired menu items, cereals for children and lots of fresh fruit. The fruit juices on offer were orange, pineapple and apple and there's lots of tea and coffee choices from the machine (but no decaf!). When the coffee machine stopped working but they repaired it immediately. It was a bit pricey but the kids ate for free (one child free with each full paying adult) which made it reasonable for the choice on offer. The location is really good, it's on a street which goes straight into the shopping centre of Perth about 10 mins walk away. There's also a great Italian restaurant over the road which do pancakes for breakfast! The room was exactly what we expected from the photos and description. The only bit that was a surprise was that there's no lock on the bathroom door. Overall it was a very pleasant stay here.

Convenience , comfy beds but was definitely surprised not to see a bottle of water in the room on arrival , especially as it was 42o outside, plus no robe to wear as stated in booking. Pool area was full of kids jumping and splashing which wasnt the vibe i wanted

Not only was it across the road from noisy nightclubs, the blinds did not close, so the family had no sleep. The fire alarm bleated for over 10 minutes the next morning. A wait staff the night before in the restaurant said the f word. All round very, very disappointing.

Honestly the only plus point for this hotel was the location. I booked a room for 4 people as we were traveling as a family. I was expecting a bigger room, but when I arrived I realised they marketed a regular double room as a family room for 4. Beside the squeeze, we weren’t given bottled water until requested. I was also informed that as I wasn’t in a deluxe room, they will not replenish our water daily. Also, housekeeping wasn’t doing their best job. Our bins weren’t cleared, and a plate from the last traveller who ordered room service wasn’t cleared and left outside our door for more than a day after we have checked in. Some fixtures in our room were broken too. The reading light by the bed was dropping off and the sink was somewhat clogged. I’m not sure I’ll come back to this hotel as there are other hotels within the same vicinity, of comparable convenience and price.

Room had everything we needed for our family - 2 queen beds and bathroom. It was a 38 degree day and the air conditioning certainly wasn’t up to it. We sweltered during the night. The pillows are like pancakes so ask for extra if you like more support as they’re not extra in the room. A piece of broken glass was left on the bathroom floor which is not good for bare feet especially with our children. Only 2 water glasses in room even though we are a family of 4. Complimentary water would have been nice as well especially after a long check in (a cruise party was also checking in) and a very hot day.

The property was lovely and generally staff were friendly and helpful. It is however disappointing that the room was booked for 2 adults and 2 children however I had to request additional pillows to meet the guest requirements. Additionally EVERY day of our five day stay I had to ask for towels to ensure all4 people can shower. Great to have coffee and tea in the room generally you need a teaspoon to make these drinks. Used glasses weren’t cleared once nor replaced. I was disappointed in the fact that it took till 4pm in the afternoon to have our room serviced. However on the day that the housekeeper knocked on the door and asked if she could check our room to see if she left her phone there and then knocked again to ask if we could call her phone it kind of made sense why it took all day. Lastly don’t offer the option to check out from your room if you still have to go to reception anyway kind of defeats the purpose. Then to get yelled at by the staff member because I said I was in a hurry as I assumed I was checked out and any charge to my room would come if my credit card, was unpleasant, unprofessional and unacceptable!!
