Clean and well appointed room, kids enjoyed the welcome bag included in the package we bought. Enjoyed breakfast, a nice spread with some unique offerings. Super close to town, walk to shopping area and restaurants. No pool but location super handy to RAC arena. Will stay again.

My check in experience was weird. I was 2nd in line to check in. Then a virgin flight crew arrived. They called the entire crew ahead of my family and I. Check in took about 20 mins. Rooms were ok. Nothing to complain about. There were quite a few undesirable characters around. Junkies and homeless. Not the hotels fault. Just be wary if you're staying with family. At breakfast the milk was gone off and sour. We let the waitress know. She was lovely and got rid of it.

Great distance to RAC. Very clean. Wasn't a fan of being put near the lifts as that was all we could hear, especially with kids running around (kids love elevators) and being a childless couple probably not the best. Also drunk adults chatting full volume off the lifts. Breakfast on the 2nd morning was a shambles, too many people not enough tables or food for us all, hotel was quite full due to an event at RAC the night before. Would stay again if going to an event at RAC. Thanks to the staff member who actually told me my parking cost was covered in my room charge as the check in lady didn't. Overall 7/10 experience.
