Great for families with spacious, comfortable and cosy apartments. Kitchen and laundry makes it easy to travel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Position is awesome- near beachfront, rail trail and hot springs. Walking distance to town centre. A few more basics in the kitchen would have been helpful - some microwave safe containers and basic of olive oil, salt & pepper. Gym would usually be better but both treadmills recently broken by previous guests and spin bikes needing some maintenance. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely check-in service, clean 2 bedroom split level apartment with fully equipped kitchen perfect for our family. Great to have a toilet at 1st level instead of having to use the bathroom at 2nd level. Awesome location walkable to coastal areas.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom, sea view spa apartment, not a great view. Lots of stairs to get up to the top floor. Only one air-con on the living room/kitchen level. No air-con in the bedrooms on the second and loft levels, only pedestal fans. Wouldn't like to sleep on the top floor bedroom/living loft when its very hot! Apartment was clean and tidy and it's in an excellent location. The pool is nice & the kids liked the skate park. We would stay there again.

Stayed here with our extended family, plenty of room with two queen beds, two singles and a fold-out there was more than enough space to spread out and unwind. The staff were all friendly and courteous and no request was too difficult. Great restaurant or just if you wanted a quiet drink. Top quality food and that also goes for the breakfasts. If you're after a reasonable price shared with others this accommodation is ideal and is on three levels.
