Only negative is adjoining walls to rm 18 are paper thin. Guy snoring on one side and family with kids watching tv until 12am. Other than that all was fine.

Value for money accomodation not far from the centre of Warrnambool. Rooms are not large, and if there was ever a shower that would make you claustrophobic, this would be it! That being said I would rather have a small clean room, rather than a large dirty one. This place was very clean and well run by a nice family and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone coming this way.
