I just noticed in the family room curtains were off the rail

I have stayed before but not in this room, they have removed the restaurant and added some extra rooms, but I think they forgot to add insulation between rooms, never had issue of noise between rooms before but I could hear the TV, coughing and unfortunately I had the pleasure of a family with a baby that would not stop crying all night, this I may of heard in any room but seemed extremely loud. Also the cleaning has dropped, there was a used bar of soap on the edge of the sink unit, tiles were not cleaned very well from when laid I would say. Give me the older rooms any day expect for the nice new large TV.. Also don't expect reception to be there any time, was gone before 7pm....and does not open until 8am.
