A wonderful destination in Launceston, and close proximity to cafes, restaurants. The riverwalk is a must and if you have kids the playground is one of the best I’ve ever seen. Recommend the break fast to start you off the right way. Highly recommend and wil definitely be back

After a week travelling in Tasmania I can say this was by far the most outstanding place we stayed in. Beautiful outlook, stylishly finished, comfortable, clean, with a friendly relaxed atmosphere and superb service. Large twin room- comfortable for our family of 3. And excellent value for money! Live-in Labrador Archie injected some surprise joy. Awesome brand new playground next door. Short walk to Seaport restaurants. Loved our stay at Peppers Silo!

The room was superb with huge space, clean bathrooms, and a fantastic view of the water. The one thing that could've been improved was the breakfast. Unlike other hotels, there was no buffet available, and we had to order from a set menu like a traditional cafe. With a toddler, this was diffixukf

I liked the extra little touches that many hotels just don’t have these days. They gave us Easter eggs and provided an egg hunt for the kids.

We loved our 2 night stay at Silo. The breakfast was lovely and the staff were friendly. Only issue was that we were unable to get a table in the restaurant and we had to get room service. Best to book dinner in advance. There is a great play area for kids next door too. Silo parking was easy and I will definitely be coming back to stay again.
