The Grand’s Family Room was the perfect accommodation choice for grandparents and kids to catch the football. Close to the ground, easy parking and helpful and informative service.

Not worth the price. I paid $250 for a family room, room 39. No elevator and I have an elderly with me + luggage. Due to the condition of the stairs, Mom stayed in the room while me and my sister decided to visit the cararact gorge. I learned from Mom that while we're away, someone opened the room then when Mom asked why, the guy just walked in and switched the lights on in the bathroom and left, very weird and uncomfortable. No breakfast, 2 tubes of toiletries each for a 2 bedroom hotel unit. Very incovennient to go downstairs to request any service.

Gorgeous old hotel with lovely staff and big rooms. Very clean and tidy and super easy parking with walking access into the city. The restaurant looked great but we didn't have time to eat there, would definitely book in for dinner next time though. We also got an excellent family room which had 2 bedrooms so we all got a great night's sleep (family of 4). We'll definitely stay again as excellent value.
