Vine Inn Barossa

The family room was spacious and had bathroom for each room as well as a kitchen.

This is a unique property, being owned by the citizens of the town. The hotel is the center of it all for the town - casino, pub, restaurant and the Vine Inn hotel, and lots of locals having a good time. However, the negative issue was the large number of staggering, drunk, loud and aggressive people (mostly men) in the parking lot and behind the property. We did not feel safe given the aggressive behavior of some of them. In the morning, one patron was asleep in the bushes near the pub back door and another night we witnessed a sexual event in the park behind the parking lot by a drunk patron of the pub as his friends cheered him on!!. This is not a great family venue!.

We stayed in the apartments in a 2 bedroom. It was spacious and clean and very handy to have the two ensuites for a family of 4. Close walk to the main motel/restaurants where we ate most of our meals. Friendly staff and well priced for both accommodation and meals. Great base for exploring the Barossa

Very modern and clean! And the option of adjoining rooms is great for families. Great, affordable accomodation in a fab location!
