Second time staying at the property and generally cannot fault. We stayed in the apartments across the road as it suited our needs as a family of 4. If you are planning on staying here, just keep in mind, the apartments can be quite noisy - the first night I thought someone was letting themselves into our room. Hotel can't do anything about it, nor would I expect them to, but just something to keep in mind. The only other thing is that the carpets could probably use a good clean, but as its high traffic, I appreciate the difficulties around that. Otherwise, we will be back.

I was unsure if i were staying in a studio apartmebt or a brothal.. incredibly noisy and guests were very 'busy' all night. Picture's definitely didnt look like the apartment we stayed in. We wouldn't of stayed here if we knew it was going to be a stair case entrance inside to get to the apartment. Very unsafe for my toddler who couldn't be restrained in there. There was absolutely no way to contain him.. definitely not child friendly. Dont recommend.

We've stayed before, this time not as enjoyable as the last, room tired looking, stairs were a hassle with a baby but the free later checkout was appreciated.

The kids and I were up early and we had a very long day. The staff were great, very helpful. Katie at the desk sorted our room quickly.

Very convenient for what we need accommodation for at least once a month. Very clean and lovely staff and the breakfast is lovely as well. Would recommend to any of a friends and family to stay at this hotel . Have stay in the other rooms off site as well and they were clean as well .

Came over for the National Taekwondo Competition with a young child, stayed in room 24 nice room set up with decor. However the "sofa bed" is so uncomfortable and the matress is so thin and hard, having no blankets for the sofa bed was dissappointing. No TV in the bedroom there needs to be one, having the TV in the kitchen area with the "sofa bed" and having a young child, makes it difficult to put a child to bed and try to watch TV is impossible. Having a broken mug on arrival needed to be replaced. Having no flyspray in the room to kill a cockroach and spider was not pleasent.

We have stay a number of time as this is close to family. We were put in a room just down from the function room which had a wedding as it was ver loud we found it hard to sleep. The fact that we stay over the weekend as we both work and the room are not serviced is also very disappointing as we had no tissues in our room someone had drunk one of the soft drinks so they weren't replace we only had shampoo and conditioner for 1 days and we stayed 2. The very first time we stayed we stayed in a unit opposite the road and it was a lovely room and we were able to have our boys over for a catch-up but in our small room this wasn't an option. We are planning a trip at Christmas but may have to find somewhere new that isn't as disappointing.
