Sfera's Park Suites & Convention Centre

We have stayed at Sfera three times before, so was happy to do so again. Unfortunately there was a loud drilling sound, like drilling into concrete, that went quite often, including at 5.00am. As the reception is only manned during office hours, we had no person to contact. We have family close by, so the location is great, but next time i will look for an alternative venue.

The loft room was beautiful and myself and my kids could sit in the balcony area, the staff were really friendly but it had its flaws like anything does. Trying to walk to tea tree plaza required we walk past where i assume is smoko (loading dock). And it was gross. But the drive way area is not safe to walk kids through which is where the main entry face. I tried to catch a taxi just to go a short distance, 4 times and we gave up and walked. We had no idea how to log into netflix on the tv for the kids or you tube (our own accounts) The key lock to the door you have to giggle And there is no view so it can be good if you dont want to know what time it is outside but we are from the country. In saying that my daughter really wants to go back, but we will see, we have family in the area but we moved to the country.
