The toilet was very loud after flushing & the sink took a long time to drain water. A new kettle is needed, the rust on the bottom come out when I tipped the water out after boiling it. I was not impressed that there was no hot water even after running it for 5 minutes. I tried the hot water again in the morning and it took a really long time to come through and kept going cold with poor pressure. Only 1 heater worked, the one in the kids bedroom wouldnt turn on even when I had them on the same mode.

Great sized family rooms, second room had TV and ceiling fan. Modern rooms with comfy single lounge chairs. Big bathroom but could do with upgrade, Clean but a bit dated. Our split system did not work which was quite uncomfortable on a warm day. We were given a desk fan which helped overnight as did having windows we could open. Apparently it was a new system when we reported it was not working to reception. They were getting it looked at as soon as possible. Room 28.

The staff were great, my family and I felt very welcomed. Rooms were great the kids enjoyed their own room and tv. The restaurant is open for breakfast until 10, the lady in their was lovely. Love it.....already booked in to stay again. Fantastic
