Unfortunately, it needs a lot of Reno’s to freshen up, It’s very tired. There was construction work occurring, outside the property, but was very loud. We had our child staying, but only received 2 towels and the shower head was appalling ,it was broken and not dispersing as a shower head should; instead it felt like we were under a garden hose. Unfortunately, not the stay we had hoped for.

It would have been perfect except for the inconvenience of having to park a block away and having a baby with us and also paying more for the trip

This hotel is no longer worth the cost. There is no valet parking and onsite parking is overpriced. The hotel info on the room tv say’s valet is available and more tv (Foxtel) channels than you actually get. The bathroom door in my room didn’t close fully and although I requested it to be fixed it wasn’t. I was not sharing with a family member so that was particularly important to us. I collected food scraps from the floor when we first arrived. Also the hotel offers $10 off per night if you don’t have your towels replaced. $10 only seems like a very token amount in relation to the room charge. There are better 5 star hotels nearby.

I am so disppointed in many things. Firstly we went FOR the spa with my kids and it was out of action. I told them about it and they said will speak to manager about compensation and never got back to me. They didn't care. Ran out of rollaway beds No bath robes (which is all part of the experience of going away. We spent 400 which is alot for an experience that we never do with out kids for the first time with them, very disappointed for a high level property. Checkin too 45 mins massive line. Very slow, no apologies.

This was a pleasant stay. We booked a river view room, and were given access a little early although the beds had to be separated. This was done promptly by an efficient member of the housekeeping staff. The hotel is very well situated, and has a nice outdoor area where we were able to meet with young family members. Its standards are what one would expect from a leading hotel chain.
