Ace Hotel Sydney

Beautiful and comfortable room. The restaurant had good food for all meals and the bar was warm and inviting. Great place to stay with kids

Booked this stay for my daughter's 18th Birthday celebrations and Sydney sight-seeing. Unfortunately I was unable to stay due to family illness. Staff were amazing. Nothing was an effort or too much trouble. Pre-paid the booking and had everything organised with complete attention to detail, understanding and sensitivity. Girls were warmly welcomed, special birthday message/wishes and some complimentary birthday drinks vouchers. Daughter was very impressed, as were her guests. They said the hotel was beautiful and service exceptional. We would not hesitate to stay at the Ace Hotel again, when next in town. Thank you!

From start to finish our stay was 10/10 Location easy to get too, still in the city but nestled in a spot where there is no street noise. Slept like a baby! Haven’t slept that well in such a long time at any hotel. It was the ambience of the room and the industrial layout. Our bedroom was 16ft but it was perfect as it was so cozy. Wifi and all the amenities on point. Shower so hot and powerful. Restaurant staff and reception staff friendly. 24 hr check in. Parking offsite but had Easter special so winning all around. All the favs in the bedroom bar. I would come back such a lovely experience. Mattress was so comfortable and the feather down pillows perfect!
