This is a very nice place to spend time in the Hunter Valley. The complex is divided into two apartments per area. The grounds are beautiful, with views of the lake. There are great amenities, including a tennis court, barbeques and a children's play area. It is within walking distance of the Hunter Valley Gardens and Harrigan's Hotel, with many wineries close by. it is a well worthwhile location to stay.

Unfortunately we got a room separated from a family room by a door. The walls were so thin it was like sharing the room with this family. The noise was unbearable I called retention and they said they couldn't do anything until 10pm. This was supposed to be a relaxing weekend for me and my partner and we couldn't even watch tv. There were about 15 people on the room beside us. I asked to be moved and was told that no other room was available. For me it was worse than staying in a hostel. I wouldnt go back.

Room had everything that was needed but looking tired Could not sleep due to light outside of room (not our patio light) Room not serviced each day but did not see anything about this on the booking paperwork Pool and park great for kids Bed very comfortable

well laid out - grounds well maintained - unfenced pond within easy access to units and unsupervised children - clean throughout - units in bathroom were water swollen round the floor line Overall suited our purpose for ready access to Hunter Valley gardens - a pleasant overnight stay

Great accessible location. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Parking is not a problem. However pool is a little small, same as the children's playground. Amazing place for family or a couple! However location is very close to the garden and around the corner from crown Plaza so you can drive out there for some time at the pools. Internet was down when I visited however if you're with Telstra, the 4g works fine for streaming. TV has a HDMI output but very hard to find but once you find it you're set!

We had two adjoining rooms in our own mini house/cabin! Loved the privacy and natural bush surrounding and lake. Good facilities for families… pool and play area. Great location - near Hunter Valley Gardens and Roche Estate.
