Chateau Elan At The Vintage

I think this is one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed at. Everything was perfect, not even 1 random hair. It was lovely. Once we were on our room it was like no one else was around and we owned the place. The spa bath was beautiful to relax in. The only thing that I didn’t like was the opaque doors for the toilet and shower. As well as the gap above the door to let any sounds or smells to roam the bedroom. This isn’t a place to take the kids (not that you can’t) it’s a place to enjoy as a romantic getaway.

It was great spending time over here, especially with kids. Room was huge and able to use kitchenette was another point! Loved there with lots of kangaroos , def will return !

The service was not the best ! Spa was out of order ! Pool were too busy with kids and family !

Room was spacious and clean. The area around the room is amazing. Buffet breakfast was good with fresh fruits, continental, baked beans, mushroom, hash brown, coffee and juice. Great place for families.

Everything was exactly how it was described. Rooms were beautiful and the property was gorgeous. Even a family of Kangaroos lounging outside my balcony thought so.

Quiet and picturesque but had heaps of amenities for couples or families.

Our purpose for staying at the hunter valley was to see the HVG so three nights was was too long at this place. Bit far from gardens but private and peaceful. Better if it was more family friendly. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. The villa overall was ok and mostly clean upon arrival apart from the food scraps evident in sink strainer upon checkin. Ants found in kitchen area. Plates and Mugs needed a wash before use. Neat and tidy while we stayed there but not thoroughly cleaned while we stayed there. Example, kitchen dining table not cleaned daily. The available Kitchen appliances in the villa is good. Overall comfort is basic. I wouldn’t stay there again but I’m sure golfers would absolutely love this Place because of the course. The resort pool appears to need some attention. Jacuzzi leaves a foul odour on your skin. (Not the chlorine). Gardens and lawn is very well looked after.

We had a great stay, the rooms was very comfortable, the pool area however was very crowded great place for families with kids but not really for a romantic couples getaway.
