The only thing that was missing was in microwave to heat up baby bottles, but we made do with the electric jug

There was a power failure that lasted hours during the hot night so the air conditioning stopped working, on top of that a baby didn't stop crying nearby.

Really bad smell of toilet (crap) went through the room and didn't go away. The pool was unavailable for a little while as there was a wedding. When we were allowed to swim it was ice cold and everyone was freezing cold mouth chittering and body numb was completely not enjoyable on a 32 degree day!! We had our 3 month old baby with us and had to carry her up and down the stairs in the pram because our room had no access with lift. Our room seemed very old and dusty and once again dirty!! On the plus side, the staff were always nice and polite.

This was our second time our family of 5 have stayed at the Apollo and once again these guys were great! The beds are ridiculously comfy, the mattress, pillows and blanket make you never want to get out of bed. Staff are super lovely and helpful and the place is always neat and tidy. Very close to anything you need, groceries, chemists, movies, take out etc. Will definitely be staying here again.

Great facilities and family friendly. Convenient location and great restaurant option. Under cover parking was great.
